Hi ispro, You're right on Danbury. In fact, having just done a bit of research, I'm not really sure how it is going to be used as a consumer tool at all.
It's primary function seems to be to allow enterprise IT to lock and unlock functionality remotely - even if your machine is stuck in blue screen mode. Not really a consumer type of service right now, as home users usually operate as their own administrator.
