I believe you are correct but it is politically correct to say it is under construction. I just hope this month the company can turn things around with their story. I hope they are going to use some new people to do it. If they cannot turn it around this month then it will take another 6 mos to get 2 qtrs of good earnings to convince funds to buy. It could be another 6 mos of dead money. I sure hope they do everything possible this month.
