I know you are optimistic (I usually am) but after looking at this, you have to ask yourself..how will this effect the economy.
I'd short financial stocks or home builder stocks on any bounce and hold for a year at least.

Notice the numbers are in billions.
~ Spring, Summer, & Fall of 2008 will be the next wave of trouble.
~ Summer, Fall & Winter of 2009 is not good.
~ Most of 2010 is going to be a mess again especially Fall & Winter.
~ Also another mess Spring & Summer of 2011.
After 2011 looks like we enter safe mode because they stopped handing out adjustables couple years ago.
