I can't find anything out about RGNO yet. I checked with several people in Texas that run some big oil service supply and/or service companies. No one has credit on RGNO. That doesn't always indicate much but it does say that they aren't any sort of big player.

There are small companies that pay for their services or parts through roust a bout companies or other routes. It's a common practice but ends up costing a premium for services and supplies.

I made a few phone calls and am waiting for replies.
