Actually its an insider sell so those shares are still restricted plus if you look at the filings Morgan racing had a pretty large position. It doesn't state who is buying those shares it could be the company or an officer or another interested party. If it was richards selling I would be worried. Morgan isn't doing very well racing this year and might actually need the cash now.
