SLON submitted application to OTCBB from Pinks last July. They have been fully reporting since the start of their existence (about 2 years now). Everything has been approved but we are still waiting to trade on OTCBB. It is a done deal for trading on OTCBB but we are still waiting for the final 211 paperwork & a filing of a wrong 211 form which may delay us more. Suffice it to say, it's at least a 6 month process for NWOL to up list unless they have a magic bullet up their sleeve.
