Maybe, but you still raised some relevant issues and we are still not certain as to what they have planned for their production runs and where they plan on sending them ect...

It may very well be that their supplier in Canada is not currently in operation or something.
So, maybe all the product will be made in the U.S. and then shipped to their receivers list.
That part really isn't clear, we're speculating here.
