I think Garr mentioned in the last PR that the holidays AND the fact that they are looking at other deals that have come up since signing the merger with Good Life might have put the PR back a few days. We will have to see. Quite honestly, I don't care if it takes another week if it further adds to the value of the mergers. Either way, I don't think we have much longer to wait.
