I am back from my shopping spree! This is what I found:
I visited 2 different stores:

Canadian Tire
1450 Le Corbusier

There were 35 bottles on the shelf next to the Turpentine

cost: $9.97

Then I went down the street to

Home Depot
1400 Le Corbusier

I asked a clerk if he had Winning Colours, he did not know what I was talking about, so took me to the shelves where the paint and stain removers were and I saw about 9 on the shelf. When he saw what I picked up, he immediately said oh the banana smelling clearner. Yeah I know that one I use it all the time when I get paint on my clothes it works great. (His words, but he said them in French smile I asked if he sells many and he said yes they are a good seller and took me to the front of the paint area and showed me the display trolly (like in the picture Soapy put in the Ibox) it looked like it holds approx. 100 bottles (it was a quarter empty) He said it was full when he stocked it at the beginning of the month.

cost: $9.88 plust tax (Canadian)

I bought a bottle and intend to try it out myself. We will be painting early February so will let you know!

p.s. I am thinking he did not recognize the name as this person was French speaking. The bottle only has Winning Colours written in English but the rest is bilingual.

p.s. DennisB68, LuckyPenny is because I constantly find pennies wherever I go smile But I like your theory better!
