NJGuy............do you really want to know???? A little bit of good money spent on DD and some dubious private investigation work might reveal that Techno and DNB are related?? You might want to ask him how many "millions of shares" he and his "family" has acquired at $0.084/share??? Perhaps that is what 5Years meant about Techno being an ""insider"" and why a shareholders meeting would be a distraction!!!
