1) The bonds claimed as an asset without a corresponding liability is misrepresentation and also bluntly untrue, you can no list it as an asset with out listing is as a liability as well.
2) Next CSHD also claimed the bond as revenues, how could that be when the bonds were never drawn down on.
3) CSHD claimed other assets as well that they did not have/own...Again want me to go back and list it all.....Why do you think the SEC waited until the 10K came out before they took action?
