"We should soon see overseas investors buying up the US in cheap dollars."

That's exactly right. The Germans and French were coming into the US back 20 some years ago buying up farms and estates along the Chesapeake in Maryland. I see the same thing happening soon where land and many companies will be bought up particularly by Asians.
