you are right about the shares amount,look at one of my position vtec,with 11 million shares outstanding and about 5 million at float ,went from 20c to $6 and back to 8c...naked or what or whom makes this stocks tumble,is still what the sec has not been able to control...crazy,just crazy when the small investors have to deal with pirates and nobody will stop them!!!!!!
