If you think about it there could be many reasons not to "eliminated" us right off the bat, the most obvious of which would be money.

If he has intentions of making money off of this shell, he needs to sell into it and yet keep control. They key idea behind selling shares is a pump, then a dump. What better way to pump these days than to have mass followers and worshipers on a talk board or two. In fact, that is key. So in that sense, he NEEDS to keep his "followers" here instead of driving them off and eliminating them.

So by not elilminating us completely off the bat(215/1 vs 10000/1 as you put it) he retains just enough interest from his following of "worshipers" to sustain a "pump" when necessary. This is evident from the massive amount of pumpers on this board even though he has worked against us.

So bottom line, keep a base of shareholders to do his pumping, then slam them with dilution (dump) during the pump. That is probably the most profitable scenario for him in regards this shell and a reason to keep us hanging by a thread instead of just "eliminating" us right off the bat. All this is my opinion of course, and a scenario I hope to make at least some money out of, instead of nothing. The end result for whoever hangs on to their shares would be massively diluted worthless shares and millions of dollars in Megas and friends pockets.

Now if Megas actually has some verifiable audited assets to put decent value in here, that would be key. Whatever the case, we wait for his next move.
