Only significant difference I can find is Athabasca has five recent drill holes and is held tighter (for now).

Athabasca inferred resource of 73.4M tonnes 25% KCl = 18.35M tonnes
24.5M shares at $7.65 = $187M/18.35Mt = $10.2M/tonne KCl

Potash One inferred of 360M tonnes 19% KCl = 68.4M tonnes
market cap 31 million shares at $4.07 = $126M/68.4Mt = $1.84M/tonne KCl

Potash One pps on par per tonne of KCl with Athabasca 10.2/1.84 = 5.54 * $4.07 = $22.55
