we do know its NOT QBID ITS CPPC....NONE OF THE MAJOR CAUSES OF QBIDS FAILURE IN MANANGEMENT ARE INVOLVED IN THE "NEW" COMPANY THAT TOOK OVER QBIDS SHELL.

in my book that makes ALL QBID INFO MOOT
