Just a thought on ADVK.

I have read some concern on a few boards about how the 5% retained by ADVK in stock releases is not enough to keep a steady profit. Well the following is what www.itsfun.com and J.R. have implemented to ensure profit.

They plan to
1.) Purchase record stores and place itsfun.com boxes in their for downloadable tracks.
2.) Sponser Music Festivals (e.g. many booths, tickets,
concessions.)
3.) They have more extensive packages that while taking higher
percentages from a musician, it does a various levels of promotion based on what "program" a band/musician is on. So many times the 5% will not be applicable but only in those cases where the overhead will remain low for ADVK.
4.) They have other sites they plan to open. I think they all
sound like like hard concepts due to heavy competition except
1a.) www.itsfun.com --- Awesome Idea -- DUH! SWEET!!! This
is a GREAT idea for New and Established Musician Alike!!!!! This
thing is gonna be great!!!
2a.) 2005 Legal and Public Notices, Inc., a patent pending
website, will become the vehicle attorneys use to post the notices required for public announcements. I am an editor of a newspaper and their is not a vehicle like this and this will be a GREAT idea. If one is Traveling in Europe they can check if house taxes are deliquent, etc... and if each municipality spent only $1.00 a month to send their Notices over to a site to post their REQUIRED BY LAW Public Notices then it's a lot better then paying a newspapers $1000's a year. Even if the municipality requirements still required publication in a local paper a small fee a month like $1.00 would be huge adn they municipalities could hardly refuse. Hundreds of thousands little towns sending over public notices in a pre-determined format = low overhead, strong profit.

Below is the first PR incase you didnt read. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Advanced Solutions and Technologies, Inc. Takes Major Steps Towards
Corporate Diversification and Future Growth

PHOENIX, AZ, Jan. 26, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Advanced
Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ADVK) announced today
that it has taken major steps toward its goal of becoming a
diversified corporation. First, due to the unknown ramifications
surrounding the "mad cow" disease in North America the Company will
resell its NutriFeeds' technology back to Strickland Technologies
for a refund of the full purchase price. Additionally, the Company
has added four new entities, in various stages of development.
Itsfun.com, Inc. a multidimensional entity will replace the void
MP3.com and others have left in the marketplace, is scheduled to
commence operations within the next 30 days.

Within 90 days the Company will introduce Women Informed.com, Inc.,
a venue about women for women. In September the Company will
introduce The Employer, Inc., which will introduce white and blue
collar workers alike to positions available locally, nationally and
around the world. In early 2005 Legal and Public Notices, Inc., a
patent pending website, will become the vehicle attorneys use to
post the notices required for public announcements.

The aggressive undertaking of developing these four very viable
entities will give ADVK a diversified product mix and cash flow from
entities that operate in areas requiring very little overhead, which
should send meaningful dollars to the bottom line.

Advanced Solutions and Technologies, Inc. intends to become an
innovative incubator of emerging technological and service companies

of new entities will diversify the Company's scope of business and
allow it to succeed in any economic or political atmosphere.
