Mr. Romano may be a pool shark, a mobster or a Baptist deacon for all I know but my opinion is unchanged. He has stated that OUR business will be a good fit with his other business ventures. I think it's equally probably that MY LIVING ROOM presents a peaceful and comfortable environment in which he would feel very much at home. However, I fail to understand how his convenience implies any binding obligation or material advantage to me. Since this represents a hostile takeover bid, all will understand if I'm implacably hostile toward it.

I represent a bit less than 1% of outstanding shares and have not risked such a significant investment for such a long time for the benefit of others. I strongly urge management to reject the bid without comment and continue with the development of projects in Kentucky and elsewhere.
