Personally I do not believe that the company will sell for that ridiculous price of 110 million. I can guarantee that the votes of my millions of shares will be for the NAY. Also, all of my friends that own this stock which also totals in the millions of shares will never vote for 110 million.

The good news is that we have an offered value (110) by a creditable company with a very crediitable law firm which means that I will continue to buy at these depressed levels.

Once a schedule 14D - TO is filed look out or even when the company confirms the validity of the offer. When I talked to herda and frisco via their phone numbers they were very upbeat about IA buy obviously would not commit to anything ober the phone. I was told to watch for press releases.
