Do we know for sure that someone is dumping shares? Has anyone called G.H. to answer your questions? I guess after the new year I need to make some phone calls and see if I can get any information, which from what I understand no one seems to be having any luck with that, so I probly won't get any answers either.

I did hear a little rumor among other investors that Fidler was going to try to recover UPZS, but that has been several weeks or a month or so ago. Maybe that could be in the works. IMO, the best thing for UPZS would let JV do his pizza thing and let Fidler do the management part of it. It appears JV doesn't have good management skills.

Where's O.G. he is a franchisee owner, maybe he can get more information for the board.
