It just means that if this were to do one of the following.


1. Issue unexpected good news.

2. Be featured on any pennystock promotional site (i.e. Lebed, etc.)

3. Have any sustained buying,


It would go up faster than had it been dilluted to hell. Not only this, it means that the market has PROBABLY overdone the downside on this stock based on the fact that everybody was thinking it was a bloated, dilluted pig. Thats all. If you could stop being so pessimistic for just eight to ten seconds, I'm sure you can see where I'm coming from.
