Puppy you are right they do get somewhat buried,however, I seldon delete filings and Court Doc's pertaining to USXP but when they are posted over and over again they get deleted. I do not like repetitive posts as you know, and so far you have been good about not doing this recently and I've given you the benefit of the doubt on occassion but new guys to this board who come here with the express purpose to or deliver off-topic posts and personal attacks, or deliver repetitive posts not to inform but to antagonize those who dont share their own view on either side of the fence will not be tolerated. I feel I'm being fair to both sides. I have deleted many many posts attacking you, jking,Janice as well as naysayers attacking shareholders. In that respect some say that I may be too-harsh but I am playing within the rules and try to be fair to all.
