Yes, I find the risks section onerous. They forgot to explicitly mention an asteroid hitting the North Sea/Baltic, creating a tsunami large enough to swamp Dresden, but I guess it's covered under general risks :). (And, yes, I know that Dresden is well inland. It's a joke.)
