i can't see how that can happen since scra is already in BK . perhaps prior to BK that sort of idea might be plausable but not now. when they come out of BK then a buyer can buy a big stake and try to take it over , they would be getting a restructed company too. Ge is the only one so far with a stake and they dont have the money to make a buy out ,thier debt is huge. they'd have to hand shares over i guess .
