So long as the unconverted shares never convert there is nothing to worry about. If Humphries doesn't get rid of the debt and the shares do convert to common on the maturity date say hello to .0001. It has not happened and very well may not happen. It is the major risk here IMO. The gamble is if Humphries can do it or he can't. I see it as that simple.

if we were pirates theres this mutany talk going on ,but its only cause we've been at sea too long here to the downside, with cruel MM's and most likely cd sells or? so far no insiders have sold ---- we can make it ,or they got me and i go down with the ship.
