It is not a question of who is correct.

We buy or sell stock in a company based on speculation especially in the OTC. Based on the information that is forthcoming from the company, investor decisions are made and the investor either remains a shareholder or not. Obviously , some companies are more speculative that others so the decisions get dicey. You have in DNAG a company that has had a difficult time surviving, but they have survived. For how long is the question.....

BTW, most startups are just smoke anyways. That is a fact.
