Gibber...what legal papers would the Iceman be served with?its a free country he can say what ever he wants,the fact he will not talk about NNRF when you call might have something to do with your contiuous negetive comments about the company here.i KNow why the Iceman is quiet and i am not going to share it with people on this Board.

As for ST i think hes done a great service to those seeking info on the company,ST is certainly not out of his league,he has the advantage of being in Russia and can meet with management and see what they are doing first hand,and understands the working of Russia bussiness,i would say you lost 2 bets today..

And as for NNRF not informing anyone about there invovlemnet with VYSO...they have zero responsibility to do so...and the ROAR aquisition...they clearly stated in the DEC 10 NR they where still in DD stages..that can mean many things...maby they want to much money$$,maby there is a better aquisition that better suits NNRF,maby they have got the finacials for RAUR yet..there is many possibliities the company connot discuss till it is complete...they bybassed the ""LUTCH"" aquisition in favor of this JV with ECNC.

Gibber...there are more things at play here than you realise,my advise is watch closely and you might figure it out..there are situations being worked out in several different fronts...just chill and give it some time....youve waited for months now...wait a little longer...you ll see the fundementals are a way ahead of the SP...
