I beg to differ.... The strongest runs have Bid support that puts pressure on the Ask.

Weak Bid support = quick drops... Strong Bid support = sustaining runs.

There is no need to chase the Ask when you can buy cheaper on the Bid.

I buy the Bid and sell the Ask as much as possible... This is how smart money does it, according to every trading book ive read.
