I answered my own question with some research. Next question, if anyone else feels inclined to answer. If scottrade says cannot trade TPHM because no bid exists, call the broker. So people are trading it anyway, apparently. My streaming says bid is --1.00 and ask is -1.00, which is different than .00 and .00 BxA that it showed yesterday, does this mean that a bid is building or what? TIA
