That's great information about SpoozToolz now being available for custom institutional installations.

But I still don't understand the 141 Capital share structure.

Per the State of Delaware, Division of Corporations, 141 Capital only has 50 million Authorized Shares of common stock. Maybe the information has not been updated with the State of Delaware yet since SPZI has already received 120 million shares of 141 Capital common stock (70 million greater than the current authorized)?

I believe 2008 will be a great year for Spooz, I just wish 141 Capital would dislcose their share structure.
