Dear Mr. XXXXX,

All of our treatment centers are always closed between Christmas and New Year. Patients tend to stay away from treatment facilities during that time.

Senior management is also away taking a well deserved break. Your questions have been forwarded to Mr. Doederlein and he will respond when back on the 2nd.
