I know Spectre for a long time now.

I must admit that until now he is right and I was wrong.

But, I still have some question in the case of GBDX.

1-Why the A/D is shooting up since March 2007 ?

2-Why Since July the GBDX BOD have not try to release any Pumping PR to continue to push the ATM Retail machine ?

3-Can a stock with 1.8B shares out can have 200M average trading volume for December ? (10% of the Float)

4-Until now they 're not lying, last news they say "We're buying back shares and plan to exit eventually from the domestic market".

5-With all the money they have made in March and July they can easily build a last run in 2008, why they will pass over this opportunity to do more money ?

6-I personnaly know 5 people who have a huge short position on GBDX (Total + 200M shares) Why they will not try to trap them and make money by dumping shares on them ?

7-Why All the different sources that we've say the same thing ? "Gbdx/Almaz is not a scam, we don't now when it will happen but we can't give details now to avoid trouble with SEC, we will give you all the details after the T/O"


My personnal view on this story is simple.

-Total O/S is 1B shares (200M restricted).

-Almaz control 600 to 700M shares and 100 to 200M still are in the market (+ All the shorts)

-Almaz have manipulated the stock price to accumulate while they where pushing the pps down using 4 different accounts (LABS, ABLE, SBSH, UBSS)

It's very easy to do when you control millions of shares.

Tap, tap, tap the bid with rapid fire small trades then buy big on the ask. (Exemple 10 X 15.000 sell on the bid followed by one single 500.000 shares buy on the ask or bid = -150K + 500K, Total 350K Accumulated with pps down)

If this is a 100% scam like Spectre say, then it was a very strange story and it was poorly managed with no pumping PR and only 2 Run in one year.

P.S : I suspect Spectre is here for a good flip like buying at 0.0012$ to sell around 0.0018-20$, I'm right Spectre ? :)
