According to public records, Zig has lost a lot as a result of the fraud by Saquella and attorneys who misled him. The press releaseds were not false or misleading. From what I hear, all were true and reflected the efforts and position of the company at the time of their release. I am sure Zig is kicking himself for not taking the deal from Miller.

I don't know but I assume T Edward Martens was following the advice of the same attorneys who duped Zig. It appears zig is not a good business person and gets taken advantage of. I am sure he has learned to trust people less and get several opinions before doing deals. But as I aksed, just support your slanderous statements with more than just your opinions.

Maybe he was wrong and the leader, but without proof your statements are damning. If I were Zig, I would come after you and others who try to make statements and support their opinions with this website for making him look like a criminal as opposed to just being stupid for trusting people. LOL. Of course, now he's probably lost everything and trying to rebuild including his reputation. So I don't think he can afford to sue anyone.
