Scrooge. I agree that yes, there is a line at justice and raw deal. However, you see on the Sec website all the time. so and so from such and such a company pleaded and paid a 500 fine and said he would not do this again. Or they plead no contest and they are fined 500.00 and told to issue a apoligy. So the SEC has had many chances to draw that line. They never do. You get some of these people ripping off investors of hundreds of thousands or even millions and they get a small fine and say they spent the money on the company. They move on to the next pump n dump. Sometimes they also are told they can no longer run a company. So they become "Consultants" and are paid shares for the next pump. So the SEC has had many many chances to draw the line on real crooks that are out to do nothing but steal peoples money and they choose not to draw that line. So they make a example out of Martha Stewart just because it will put them in the news that they are doing something.

As far as Nacar issuing a cease and desist letter, It is just something I have seen on some of the boards. Thats why I said I don't know if it is true or not. They either could have Not issued a letter or they could have and not published it to the public. I don't know if they have but I also do not picture Nascar letting someone ride on their coat tails without paying some cash.
