BSK & Tech Co. Ltd , headquartered in Seoul, South Korea ("BSK"), announces that they have entered into a Merger Agreement with Quantech Electronics Corp. (Pink Sheets: QTHE). BSK is in the business of developing and selling the system and facility to recycle and dispose the food waste. They additionally provide disposal service in the outskirts of Seoul , Korea.
The tentative closing date for this is January 15, 2007 , subject to completion of due diligence by the parties and approval by the parties' boards of directors.
