That chart reminds me a lot of ECEC's chart. Interesting trends. We may have a few winners on deck. I've been watching the accumulation on WTAI, ECEC, LFZA, EENT and QTEK, today. HAL is just correcting upward. It was bound to go back up. Who knows who brought it down (or what)? Good grab at 8.50 per share!
