I could say that “usual” investment is in $$$ - number of issued shares based on the investment amount. If PPS is going down - # of “diluted” shares are increased.
Company issued a PR about - how many pinks do this?
Blaming the CEO (as well as people that are spreading "rumor" of PR and so on) has no sense to me - you have to be an insider to understand the reason of the offering and just need to call the IR to get a rumor about any new PR...
My point is - one more day with 8M+ in volume and September offering will be a history...
