I know Hemi is out there working
Its the Jon Q public that is off for the Holidays and news would not reach as many ears in the market.

Some of the big purse strings are down the road from me sking in fresh powder or over in Daytina driving down the beach or sitting in airports

Tax season selling is ending and a new year is just around the corner.
