The point is NNRI is better capitalized than Global and they are worried about NNRI taking over the lead with NuCap if it is modified for the needed applications. NNRI has better resources. I do not think either side mis represented themselves in the development area. The one company that mis represented their shareholders was NNRI for not informing them of this new company they are involved with. If they were working behind the scenes they did not have to disclose it but when your CFO is appointed to the board and they are working to setup this company it is a different story. I wonder how many other things are going on with NNRI's management. I sure hope it does not hurt the listing. I consider seting up an new company and having your CFO appointed to their board a material change that needs to reported on a 8K but what do I know. I just know NNRI's management is acting more like a pk sheet stock instead of a listing of a company on a major lisitng. Lets hope they get listed with this gaf.
