I was told there was a private placement for 450K shares at .25 taking place. This was delayed when those shares went through at .40. They had to wait for price to settle back down. I would assume this private placement is to get the necessary cash to finalize the Security Deal and others. (450k X .25 = $112,500)

According to Merle they are now reviewing financials and then will close???????????????????????

Sure wish we would see some buying to let us know the green light is on.

Wonder where that news is announcing the private placement? Supposed to come out and signal the beginning.

Anybody else hear this?
