When cases like this get turned over for prosecution as they should, and prison terms begin to get handed out and should it may cause some of these people to think twice before they go foward with their schemes to defraud investors.
The more and more people filing complaints with the SEC will no doubt bring the deserved attention to these companies Ceo's. If something seems wrong it no doubt is.
