Hello Ergo/all Traders/ Members would you kindly look at this post and give me some feed back on how you would interpret these figures for me before I email KL. I can see what Ergo is saying, would the Traders/Members give me a different angle so that I might be able comprehend these figures.

Thank you

Mary.

Hello Ergo, thank you for drawing the picture for me, so you are telling me that on

Oct 11th the outstanding shares where 1,776,967,093
So by dividing that number by 5,000
5,000 into 1,776,967,093 = 355,393 new outstanding shares.

Nov 23rd the TA reported outstanding shares at 53,360,320
So by multiplying this figure by 5000 = 266,801,600,000 old shares
Giving a difference of 265,024,632,907 old shares.

Just lets say 265,024,632,907 x .0002=$53,004,926
Or with new shares 265,024,632,907 divided by 5000= 53,004,926 x $1.00 =$53,004,926
Or lets try $1.50 x 53,004,926 =$79,507,389
Or what about $2 x 53,004,926 =$106,009,852.
So where did these shares come from and where did all this money go too?

Longs have it bad here. Ken blamed the shareholders for the millions of shared added last year, not dilution. Will he do it again?

Ergo with a difference of 53,004,926 new shares or 265,024,632,907 old shares can you tell me what effect this would have on the share price leading up to the R/S or with a new share count what would be the effect on the current share price?

Thank you for your time, best wishes always. Mary
