Hi Phil,

Thanks for the email. As we are still going through our acquisitions, I can
only give you approx. numbers.
Company has authorized 100 Million shares. Currently there are approx 2.2
Million in the public float, and around 17 Million shares outstanding. The
2.2 Million are free trading and distributed among over 6000 investors.
