Sorry I babble all but facts are facts... (I hold a few mil) ... last filing as of August late for ending June "base" 591K vs 101M out = where we are at now (.005851+). New "anticipated" numbers are so much higher. Terms of the acquitsion we don't know. Cost us money as shareholders or not? Company has approx. 495M left of their authorized shares that they can put in play as buys (ask) at any time, price movement.
