according to what I have been told,

all three of these llc's are RSDS 504 investors,

so..it is fair to assume these are the same folks who have been bleeding us with discounted shares from berman all this time?

now they seek to bleed the companies assets as well?

draw your own conclusions folks....

looks like more of bermans buggery by the books to me!
