I think alot of people don't understand that the faster they get this thing full throttle, the less likely they will have to pay anything out of pocket after 1yr/2yr. The guarantees are from the date the PDR is aquired. Once the xfer thing is figured out, they'd be good if everyone sold. Likely selling would edge the price up and reset the guarantees with every trade, they make money off the transactions so the more the better. The higher the price the more tempted people would be to sell before the payout date. You bet they are trying REALLY HARD to get it right soon. Why pay out when you don't have to?
