Had his running of the business not been interefered with at every level, it might have been a different story. We will never likely know. However, I think it is sort of beside the point as we are not talking about his success as a business man, but rather whether or not he perpetrated fraud against the shareholders. Investors bought CSHD on the basis of assets, not JV performance....that would have come much later.

WHAT business? TO "run a business", there needs to be a business. RPH"s business was pumping this stock and guaranteeing splits and resets.
