Ok, to state the obvious I think, it appears that buyers and sellers are patiently awaiting news. It also appears (guess) that patience will prevail until after the first of the year. No news by Jan 2 could be problematic in the short term. Comments? Hey, I'm just trying to get the conversational ball rolling here. LOL.
