UBS would move the bid up to .039 and when one person would sell, he'd drop it back down to .025. This caused the L2 to look like there was buying pressure, since it would cause a green uptick but in reality it was a sell that was above the last trade.
Not sure what he's trying to accomplish here, but I think im going to wait a couple of weeks before thinking about getting in NSMG
