Indian,

Carnes has invested $350K of his own cash into Revenge. He has a vested interested here. He is not simply acting as an IR firm here. This is a good thing IMO. Additionally, I happen to know that Carnes has a background in the auto industry. Perhaps this is one reason why he is so jazzed about Revenge. (How do I know he's jazzed...well, besides speaking with him, check out some of the PRs he's released via SGLS).

Carnes proved some savvy by taking his own SGLS from .01 to .30 about a year ago.

Thank you for your posts. I will continue to address you as Indian as I do not feel that the questions you ask/raise are dumb whatsoever. And I'm glad to see that as you have done your DD you discovered that the share structure here is really quite attractive.

There are many of us that are waiting for confirmation on the O/S. We've seen two major spikes (one to 6 cents, one to .0345 cents) here. Both of those spikes were quickly walked back down to sub-penny. Why? Well, many were convinced and shouted DILUTION. But BOTH of those runs and retraces involved NO DILUTION. ZERO. ZIP. ZILCH. What was it? Primarily short selling.

So, because of the past history, it is reasonable to assume that PERHAPS the recent retrace has only been shorting and not dilution. We are really hoping that the next PR will include a share structure update. I'm still all in here, but I'd like to buy more. However, my money is on the sideline until I find out more about what's been goin' down.

All my posts are OPINION only. Do your own DD.
